WE Harvest works in the following nations in Eastern Europe:
Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
With a population of 741 million, throughout 50 nations, Europe is home to one of the largest concentrations of Christians with 76% of the population identifying itself as “Christian.” Despite these figures, Europe has suffered a serious decline in its faith. The continent where the apostles preached, where such spiritual lights as Augustine, Luther and Calvin ministered is also home to many churches and cathedrals which are now museums. And so, as in America, these 76% of those identifying with Christianity are in large measure “nominal” at best. Moreover, Europe is no stranger to Christian persecution. Greater things are still to be done in Europe.
“Do good in Your good pleasure to Zion; build the walls of Jerusalem” (Psalm 51:18).
